I am quite sure that everyone has heard the name Henry Ford?
Ford invented the automobile and the internal combustion engine.
Fords great engineers told him time and time again that the v shape engine will never work.
His associates pleaded with him to give up the design and keep what was already in place.
Ford declined to give up on what he thought would work.
Thanks to that decision we now enjoy the V8 and the V6 and some people have a V12 engine.
We should think about Ford’s determination and the action to keep going when all else failed.
The real problem is that most people must change their mindset but we fear the power of a decision.
